We are a small, family-run business specialising in 3D-printed items such as cookie cutters, embossers, fidget toys, gifts and accessories.

2) Ordering

When you place an order, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email. This email confirms that your order has been received, but it does not form a contract until your payment has been accepted and your order dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment is not received, the product is out of stock, or an error is discovered in pricing or description.

3) Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment has cleared.

We reserve the right to update prices or correct errors at any time.

4) Custom & Personalised Items

Many of our products are custom-made or personalised. These items are created specifically for you and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, unless they are faulty or damaged.

Please ensure all names, measurements or design details are correct before placing your order.

5) Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by Royal Mail or other couriers are outside our control.

This policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

7) Product Information

All items are 3D-printed in PLA plastic unless otherwise stated.

PLA is not dishwasher safe and should be hand washed in cool water only. Keep away from direct heat sources such as ovens or radiators.

Because each item is individually printed, minor variations or surface marks may occur — this is a natural part of the 3D printing process and not considered a fault.

8) Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse of our products, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

We will not be liable for indirect losses (such as loss of profits or data) arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

9) Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of 3DBitz and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version in force when you placed your order will apply to that purchase.
