At 3DBitz, every order is 3D printed, packed, and posted by our small family-run team. We aim to get your order on its way quickly while keeping postage costs simple and fair.

🚚 UK Delivery

Postage Rates

  • £1.50 flat-rate delivery on orders under £25 (Royal Mail 2nd Class)
  • £3.00 1st Class upgrade available on orders under £25
  • Free UK delivery on orders £25 and over (Next day Evri)

Carriers & Service Types

  • Items small enough for a Large Letter (e.g. cookie cutters, embossers, keyrings, etc.) are sent via Royal Mail.
  • Larger or bulkier orders are sent as parcels via Evri (standard 2–3 working days service).
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class now operates on an alternate weekday schedule (Mon–Fri only, no Saturday delivery) under current service reforms.
  • The delivery aim for 2nd Class is around 2–3 working days, but please allow up to 5 working days.

Dispatch & Handling Times

  • Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed.
  • We dispatch Monday to Friday only.
  • Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the service selected at checkout:
    • Royal Mail 2nd Class (Standard): 2–3 working days (allow up to 5)
    • Royal Mail 1st Class (Upgrade): 1–2 working days (aimed next working day)
    • Evri Standard Parcel: 2–3 working days from dispatch
  • All services are untracked but include a delivery scan on arrival.

 

🌍 International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

⚠️ Delays & Address Issues

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot replace items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by postal delays, strikes, seasonal backlogs, or weather conditions beyond our control.
